A. At Siskiyou Insurance we stress service to our clients. If you are happy with your present agent or the price of your exsisting insurance company then we can’t help you. But if you are not, then we are the insurance agency for you. A person will always answer the phone and either answer your question or get the answer to your question.

Q. What makes your insurance companies better than mine?

A. Coverages… Every insurance company has different coverages. Some of the coverages are the same but a lot of built in coverages are different. Take “theft of jewelry”. Most insurance companies only allow $1,000 for theft of jewelry. At Siskiyou Insurance we explain the difference of your insurance company versus ours and if you need more coverage for jewelry, place you with an insurance company that offers more coverage for a competitive price.

Q. I had a few claims on my homeowners policy and my present company is not going to write my insurance anymore, what do I do?

A. We represent insurance companies that will write your insurance even if you have a couple of claims. And don’t punish you with double the rates.

Q. I have a few tickets. Can I still get a discount for placing my homeowners insurance and Auto insurance with the same company?

A. Yes, we have several companies that offer a home/auto discount even with a couple of tickets.
